Job summary

Kelvion Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Controller to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for complex projects.

The role partners with project managers, plant leadership, and senior management to enhance financial performance and reporting accuracy. You will lead risk analysis, ROI assessments, and CAPEX models while guiding a team of Project Controllers and ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controlling and financial analysis for complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Experience partnering with project and operational leaders to improve forecasting and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and cash flow forecasts.
• Lead financial project reviews to improve forecast accuracy and accountability.
• Evaluate revenue recognition and ensure IFRS reporting compliance.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop CAPEX models and ROI analyses, oversee in-progress reporting and capitalization.
• Partner with plant managers on proposals and strategic planning.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs and communicate trends to leadership.
• Ensure internal controls and support audits; improve reporting tools and processes.
• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Project Controllers.
