Kelvion Products in Catoosa, OK is seeking a Senior Project Controller to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for complex manufacturing projects. You will partner with project managers, plant leadership, and senior management to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy.

The role leads a team of Project Controllers, drives IFRS compliance, CAPEX modeling, and reporting improvements across functions while aligning with business plans and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in project controlling, financial analysis, or project accounting.
• Experience partnering with project/operational leaders to improve forecasting and profitability.
• SOX compliance experience or publicly traded company exposure preferred.
• Manufacturing/engineered-to-order experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports with variance analysis and cash flow projections.
• Challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy through project reviews.
• Evaluate revenue recognition and reporting per IFRS and company policies.
• Develop CAPEX models and ROI analyses; oversee CIP reporting and capitalization.
• Partner with plant managers on proposals, investments, and business planning.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs and communicate trends to leadership.
• Ensure internal controls and support audits; drive cross-functional process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Controllers.
