Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Manager to join our integration team in the United States.

You will coordinate project activities, maintain workplans, and assist integration leaders from inception to completion within scope, time, and cost constraints. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project coordination, strong Excel skills, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

BS/BA in a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
1–3 years of experience with cross-functional teams.
PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required.
Strong project management skills.
Strong Excel skills.
Empathetic communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Reports to the Director of Integration and supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective.
Develops new systems and procedures for automated planning, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking.
Drives accuracy of report-outs, maintains ongoing workplans, and monitors overall project health.
Reviews plans/schedules for master schedule alignment and resolves inter-functional conflicts.
Participates in or leads daily, weekly or monthly meetings; tracks status and deviations.
Tracks costs against project budgets.
