Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support integration programs nationwide.

You will develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities from inception to completion, maintain workplans, and assist integration leaders with day-to-day tasks while ensuring on-time delivery and budget alignment. Ideal candidates have a BS/BA, 1–3 years in project coordination, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• 1–3 years of experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Empathetic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from inception through completion.
• Assist integration leaders with day-to-day tasks and project workplan maintenance.
• Develop and publish status reports; facilitate meetings.
• Track and manage project costs against budgets; ensure master schedule alignment.
