Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel skills and empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop new systems and procedures for automated planning, reporting and risk management.
• Coordinate project activities, assist integration leaders and maintain workplans.
• Track status, report progress and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.
• Review plans and schedules for cross-functional compliance and resolve conflicts.
• Lead or participate in daily, weekly or monthly project meetings.
