Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, seeks a Project Coordinator/Project Manager to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

You will work with cross-functional teams, track status and costs, produce status reports, and support integration leaders from inception to completion. Strong Excel skills and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
• 1–3 years of experience in working with cross functional teams.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience.
• Project management skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Empathetic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from inception through completion.
• Assist integration leaders with day-to-day tasks and workplan maintenance.
• Develop and publish status reporting and general project management activities.
• Track and report project status, deviations or adverse trends.
• Oversee project costs against budgets.
