Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Director of Integration by planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities from inception to completion.

You will help maintain work plans, schedule meetings, prepare status reports, and support cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in project coordination or PM roles, a BS/BA, strong Excel skills, and empathetic communication.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or PM roles.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from inception through completion.
• Maintain project workplans and track progress against scope, schedule and budget.
• Plan and facilitate meetings; publish status reports; support integration team.
