Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is seeking a Project Coordinator to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities, and support integration efforts from inception through completion. You will work with a diverse team to ensure quality, on-time delivery within defined scopes and budgets.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination or PM-related roles, a BS/BA, and strong communication skills. PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to pass pre-employment assessments if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate project activities and team resources to meet scope, time, and cost constraints.
• Assist integration leaders with day-to-day tasks and status reporting.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain work plans; track variance from plan.
• Review master schedules for inter-function alignment and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and report on status.
