Job summary

Core & Main in St. Louis is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to develop and manage project plans, coordinate activities, and support integration efforts from inception to completion.

You will work with cross-functional teams, track budgets and schedules, run meetings, and publish status reports. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project coordination/management and strong Excel skills; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
• 1–3 years of experience in working with cross functional teams.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Empathetic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from inception through completion.
• Assist integration leaders with day-to-day tasks and workplan maintenance.
• Facilitate meetings and publish status reporting.
• Track project costs against project budgets.
• Maintain the master schedule and resolve inter-functional conflicts.
• Participate in or lead regular project status reviews.
