Responsabilidades

• Maintains and updates project documentation with version control.
• Gathers, validates, and analyzes scope, schedule, cost, and resources.
• Prepares detailed status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Coordinates milestones with internal stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Identifies issues, risks, and mitigations; supports proactive solutions.
• Supports resource planning by tracking allocations and constraints.
• Promotes effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assesses PM processes and tools to improve efficiency.
