Job summary

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination, solid Excel capabilities, and strong communication with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting.
• Empathetic communication with cross-functional teams.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from inception to completion and assist integration leaders.
• Develop and publish status reports; maintain workplans and budgets.
• Lead or participate in regular meetings; track project health and risks.
• Monitor costs against budgets and ensure alignment with master schedule.
