You will support the master production schedule (MPS), maintain machine status on the availability list, and facilitate cross-functional communications. The role entails working with internal teams and global affiliates to track orders, forecast demand, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• BS mechanical or industrial engineering required.
• 3-5 years of production planning experience.
• Experience with SAP and BOIS planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) ensuring machine inventory and configuration data stay current.
• Maintain planning tools, reports, and systems for forecasting machine inventory and shipment volumes.
• Coordinate monthly reviews of machine inventory forecasts, production schedules, and machine availability.
• Ensure machine availability is reflected in scheduling and inventory planning systems.
• Support scheduling data, reporting, and process documentation to aid decision-making.
• Assist in communicating machine orders and schedule changes with global affiliates.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP, BOIS, and related planning systems.
• Execute system transactions to support machine procurement, inventory management, and production planning.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve execution risks and drive alignment.
