This hybrid role requires coordinating marketing programs, updating product information, and supporting the North American sales team across cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, 3+ years in marketing coordination or project management, and hands-on experience with CRM, CMS, and digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in marketing coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with website content management and digital campaigns.
• Ability to communicate with sales, product teams, agencies and external partners.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain marketing budgets, project plans, calendars, deadlines, and status reports.
• Coordinate agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear requirements, approvals, and delivery dates.
• Prepare project briefs, consolidate feedback, track decisions, and communicate risks or delays.
• Document recurring processes and introduce improvements using AI/automation where appropriate.
• Coordinate routine website updates and campaigns, verifying functionality before launch.
