Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to provide analytical schedule support for Project Managers, develop IMS views and monitor critical paths across multiple projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Project View, Hyperion, Asset Suite 8, Excel, MS Project and related tools is required.

The role supports project closeout and reports issues to ensure successful execution. The position requires 4–7 years in scheduling or project controls, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial or Technical Field
• 4–7 years related experience in scheduling or project controls
• Experience in utility projects is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules for project management
• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and portfolio views; provide resource loading
• Update schedule status weekly or monthly per project
• Develop standard schedule templates and adjust work orders to support dynamic needs
• Interface with departments; act as change agent for scheduling processes
• Ensure projects are properly closed out and baselined
