Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Project Scheduler to provide analytical schedule support for project leaders and directors. You will develop status reports, baselined schedules, and weekly/monthly updates using Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools.

The role requires 4–7 years of scheduling experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across units. Occasional extended hours during storms or outages may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance or technical field.
• 4–7 years related experience or 6–9 years if no degree.
• Proficiency in building schedules from estimates or scopes of work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules for managed work.
• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and resource views.
• Develop standard scheduling templates and update tools.
• Participate in project team meetings and forecasting sessions.
• Interface with departments and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Ensure projects are statused, in service, and closed timely.
