Job summary

Delmarva Power & Light Co. is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to provide analytical schedule support for Project Managers and Directors. You will develop status, analyze critical path schedules, and produce reports using Primavera P6, MS Project, Project View and other tools.

This role requires extensive scheduling experience, strong analytical skills and the ability to work extended hours during storms or emergencies. Collaborative work with multiple departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial or Technical field.
• 4-7 years related experience, or 6-9 years in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules for centralized management and recover from missed milestones and changes.
• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and portfolio views with resource loading.
• Develop and update standard scheduling templates and adjust work dates for dynamic needs.
• Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting to align schedule and cost.
• Interface with other departments on schedule processes and promote high performance and inclusion.
