Job summary

ComEd is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to provide analytical schedule support for Project Managers, Directors, and related teams. You will develop Integrated Master Schedules, perform resource loading, and report on earned value metrics using Primavera P6, Project View, Hyperion, Asset Suite 8, and MS Office.

The role emphasizes maintaining baselines, forecasting workloads, and supporting project closeout while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technical field with 4–7 years related experience.
Ability to build schedules from estimates or scope.
Strong analytical and evaluation techniques.
Proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Asset Suite 8.
Primavera P6 is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build reports, earned value metrics, and schedules; adjust plans for milestones or changes.
Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and provide resource loading.
Develop and update standard scheduling templates for projects.
Participate in project team meetings including forecasting to align schedule and cost.
Interface with departments; promote scheduling best practices and collaboration.
Ensure projects are statused and closed out on time in all systems.
Provide 24/7 on-call scheduling support for emergent projects.
Participate in field job walk-downs.
