Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a skilled Scheduling Analyst to provide analytical schedule support for project managers and directors. You will develop status, analyze critical paths, and produce reports and dashboards using Primavera P6, Project View, Hyperion, Asset Suite 8, Excel and MS Project.

The role requires 4–7 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to manage multiple schedules, work extended hours during storms, and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–7 years related experience, or 6–9 years if no degree.
• Strong scheduling and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in PC software and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project and PV.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules for Centrally Managed work; revise schedules to recover milestones.
• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and portfolio views with resource loading.
• Develop standard schedule templates and update schedules for dynamic needs.
• Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting for schedule/cost alignment.
• Interface with departments and promote high performance and inclusion; ensure timely statusing and closure.
• Perform workload and union impact analysis; forecast internal/external resource needs.
• Provide 24/7 on-call scheduling support for emergent projects.
• Participate in field job walkdowns.
