Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to support Project Managers and Directors with detailed critical path schedules and workload forecasts. You will use Primavera P6, MS Project, Asset Suite 8 and related tools to develop status reports and earned value indicators.

Responsibilities include creating IMS, reporting weekly status, and ensuring timely closeout across projects, with potential extended hours during storms or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial or Technical Field.
• 4-7 years related scheduling experience, or 6-9 years if no Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to build a schedule from an estimate, project diagram or scope.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules for Centrally Managed work execution.
• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and portfolio views; provide resource loading.
• Develop standard schedule templates for projects and programs.
• Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting.
• Interface with multiple departments and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Ensure projects are statused, placed in service, and closed out in systems.
• Perform workload and union impact analysis; forecast resources.
• Provide 24/7 on-call scheduling support for emergent projects.
• Participate in field job walk downs.
