Job summary

Exelon is seeking a scheduling-focused professional to support Project Managers, Directors and teams. The role emphasizes developing detailed critical path schedules and using Primavera P6, MS Project and Asset Suite 8.

You will build IMS views, monitor milestones, and provide workload forecasts. The job requires strong communication, collaboration and flexible hours, with field site exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial or Technical Field.
• 4-7 years related experience, or 6-9 years in lieu of degree.
• Ability to build a schedule from estimates or scope.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with PC software.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules for Centrally Managed work.
• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and portfolio views; manage resource loading.
• Update schedule status weekly/monthly and report trends.
• Participate in project team meetings and forecast sessions.
• Interface with departments and promote diversity and inclusion.
