General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is seeking a skilled professional to support development, tracking and analysis of project schedules across contracts of varying size and complexity.

You will work with program management, accounting and engineering staff to baseline, status and control contract activity and deliverables. The ideal candidate will develop IMS, conduct Schedule Risk Assessments, apply EVM techniques, and prepare IPMDAR narratives while ensuring compliance with

Qualificações

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline with 3+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, planning/tracking procedures and manufacturing systems in a research or production environment.
• Strong organizational skills; effective written and verbal communication; may require extended hours and rare travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) using CPM techniques.
• Identify critical path conflicts and implement work-around plans in the schedule.
• Prepare, coordinate and maintain master program schedules for assigned contracts.
• Coordinate resource assignment, baseline development, and ongoing ETC updates.
• Provide leaders with timely, accurate information to support decision making.
• Apply Earned Value Management and schedule risk assessments; perform variance analysis.
• Ensure WBS alignment with cost tool import and charge structure; produce IPMDAR narratives.
• Observe laws and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
