General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) seeks a seasoned project manager to optimize and coordinate the operational aspects of one or more projects, serving as the liaison between project management, the project team, and management to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes monitoring progress, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum nine years of progressively complex experience in project administration with at least three years in project management.
Understanding of project management processes, planning, scheduling, and budget management.
Ability to initiate, plan and manage projects; analyze data and solve complex issues.
Strong communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work extended hours and travel.

Responsibilities

Assist with development of project plans and manage resources to meet goals.
Manage and monitor project schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products and services.
Assign and monitor work of project management staff and provide direction.
Develop progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and present results.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
