Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related discipline with 11+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of project management processes and budgeting.
• Able to work independently and lead teams; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans and manage resources to meet schedule, budget, quality goals.
• Oversee project schedule, timelines, milestones from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products/services.
• Assign and monitor work of project management staff; provide guidance.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead or participate in RFP processes to generate new business.
