Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of solid construction project management or coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Procore and primary project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, estimating, scheduling, cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy for training and development of construction roles.
• Researches innovative technologies to support construction execution.
• Identify and reduce risk points in construction operations.
• Coordinate with Accounting, IT, Legal, HR, Payroll for construction operations.
• Manage construction-related tools and financial integrations.
• Oversee design development, budget preparation, and project scheduling.
