Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team in the United States. You will oversee project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive customer satisfaction across complex mission-critical facilities.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 10+ years of proven experience, with readiness to travel for projects. Procore and P6 experience, plus MS Office proficiency, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management.
• 10+ years of proven experience, preferably in the Mission Critical industry.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and relationships with all professional groups involved.
• Engage in preconstruction process including bidding procedures, bid reviews, qualifications, estimating, procurement strategy and scheduling.
• Manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control programs and commissioning processes.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.
• Travel as needed for projects.
