Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our National Mission Critical team. The role focuses on elevating financial and risk management across construction projects and developing best practices with proactive training.

You will serve as the first point of contact for project teams, lead training initiatives, coordinate with shared services, and drive the use of Procore and other PM tools to optimize execution and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of solid construction project management or coordination experience.
• Proven ability to manage teams successfully and profitably.
• Proficiency in Procore and primary project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing and design management.
• Experience in leading and managing design/build projects.
• Ability to conduct effective trainings and presentations.
• Ability to train, manage and hold staff accountable to meet corporate goals and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Develops strategy for training construction leadership aligned with annual business plans.
• Researches innovative technologies and tools to support construction excellence.
• Proactively identify and reduce risk points in construction operations.
• Coordinate with Accounting, IT, Legal, HR, and Payroll related to construction operations.
• Cross-train with OpEx peers to reduce barriers between roles.
• Manage strategy, processes and maintenance of tools such as CRM, vendor registration, contract templates, and financial integrations.
• Foster Client Centricity through relationship building and goal achievement.
• Understand and leverage construction contracts’ provisions.
• Achieve quality, design and profitability on assigned projects.
• Oversee design development, budget preparation, and scheduling.
• Support Learning and Development for construction operations staff.
• Complete project closeout duties in a timely manner.
