Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Manager for our National Mission Critical team in the Minneapolis area.

You will lead training strategies, manage financial controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design, preconstruction and construction activities adhere to schedule and budget. The role focuses on best practices, proactive training, and the use of tools to support project controls and risk management across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of solid construction project management or coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Procore and primary project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing and design management.
• Experience leading and managing design/build projects.
• Ability to deliver effective trainings and presentations.
• Ability to train, manage and hold staff accountable to meet corporate goals.

Responsibilities

• Develops training strategy for construction leadership aligned with annual business plans.
• Researches innovative technologies and tools to support construction execution.
• Identify and reduce risk points in construction operations.
• Coordinate with Accounting, IT, Legal, HR, Marketing and Payroll on construction operations.
• Oversee design development, budget preparation and project scheduling.
