Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our National Mission Critical team. You will manage project teams, clients, budgets, and schedules to meet goals and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 10+ years of experience are required, with willingness to travel to project sites. Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 is a plus, and you will oversee preconstruction, risk assessment, QA/QC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 10+ years of proven experience, preferably in the Mission Critical industry.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and subcontractors to meet goals, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and grow ownership and professional relationships involved in the project.
• Engage in preconstruction activities including estimating, procurement strategy, and scheduling.
• Oversee QA/QC programs and required commissioning processes.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction progress meetings and oversee design development.
• Travel as needed for projects.
