Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist for the Program Management department. The role emphasizes scheduling integration across the System and Protection Department and requires strong communication and relationship-building with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing the work plan, EVA analysis, dashboards, and cross-department data integration, with a hybrid in-person schedule in Woodlands, TX or New Orleans, LA.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project controls (scheduling, cost control, risk/compliance).
• Major capital project experience.
• Hybrid in-person work in Woodlands, TX or New Orleans, LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform project support and work planning scheduling services for the System and Protection Department.
• Develop reports that communicate the work plan near, mid, and long-term internally and externally.
• Maintain department’s work plan and integrate other data sources and PSR.
• Monitor budgets, handle change management, run earned value analysis (EVA), and project cash flow.
• Track regulatory frameworks and evaluate environmental or supply chain risks to project delivery.
• Build schedule templates for System Protection’s use and communicate durations/resources to project teams.
• Create dashboards and program reports for the department manager.
