Job summary

Qualus Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Specialist in the United States. The role focuses on scheduling integration, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within the Program Management department. Hybrid work options are available in the Woodlands, TX or New Orleans, LA areas.

You will monitor budgets, perform EVA, track risks, and develop dashboards for the System Protection team, while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring timely, accurate information flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project controls: scheduling, cost control, and risk/compliance.
• Major capital project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Hybrid in-person work in Woodlands, TX or New Orleans, LA.
• Experience with MS Project or P6 Primavera and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform project support and work planning scheduling services for the System and Protection Department.
• Develop reports communicating near-, mid-, and long-term work plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and integrate department work plans with other data sources and departments.
• Monitor budgets, manage changes, run earned value analysis, and project cash flow.
