Job summary

Qualus Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of data center facility construction programs. You will drive multi-discipline teams, manage client relationships, and control risk and change orders on large projects in Texas.

The role requires deep experience in heavy commercial/industrial construction and strong financial acumen, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in heavy commercial and industrial construction.
• At least 5 years in project management leadership.
• Strong financial management capabilities.
• Experience managing multi-discipline programs and large projects.
• Understanding of data center construction project types.
• Proven relationship development and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in Texas and visit project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning and execution of data center facility construction projects and large industrial/commercial builds.
• Reviews project after award to define scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and vendors.
• Meets with client management to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
• Plans, organizes, communicates, and coordinates project engagements.
• Manages day-to-day activities with clients and project teams.
• Achieves objectives for quality, scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Analyzes performance and resource utilization.
• Identifies potential out-of-scope work and negotiates changes.
• Identifies and manages project risk from proposal to completion.
• Trains, mentors, and oversees other Project Managers and conducts reviews.
