Responsibilities include developing delivery strategies and governance structures, mentoring managers, influencing staffing and delivery models, and driving improvements in tools and processes across the department.

Qualifications

• Thirteen+ years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the department or practice area.
• Advanced project controls skills and tools proficiency.
• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level oversight of project controls delivery.
• Establish delivery strategies, controls frameworks, and governance structures.
• Serve as senior advisor to client stakeholders.
• Mentor and oversee Managers and Senior Project Controls staff.
• Influence staffing, resourcing, and delivery models.
• Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements.
