The candidate will set service strategy, serve as executive sponsor for key clients, oversee Directors, and drive talent development and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of related experience with 5+ years of management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification preferred.
• Advanced project controls skills.
• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.
• Exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.
