Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our team in the Houston, TX Office. The role oversees planning, scheduling, cost estimating, cost management, progress analysis and reporting to meet project scope.

Responsibilities include developing and directing the project controls program, staffing and assigning billing rates, and ensuring compliance with client requirements while safeguarding safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• 6+ years related experience or equivalent working knowledge.
• Exemplary communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control and estimating techniques and programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance, support and supervision for project controls functions.
• Develop, implement and direct the complete Project Controls program for the company and projects.
• Manage hiring, promotions, terminations, and staffing for staff.
• Prepare schedules, staffing plans and execution plans based on strategy.
• Interprets contract conditions to ensure compliance with client requirements.
