The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities and solid proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• 6+ years related experience or equivalent working knowledge.
• Exemplary communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control and estimating techniques and programs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety of those being supervised and ensures compliance with safety policies.
• Performs project controls activities and supervises overall controls requirements.
• Develops and directs the complete Project Controls program for the company and projects.
• Manages hiring, promotions, terminations, leave requests, timesheets and billing rates.
• Prepares schedules of activities, execution plans, and staffing plans.
• Implements WBS and project coding to ensure data is correctly transferred to the control system.
• Analyzes variances in cost and schedule and proposes mitigation plans.
• Contributes to project proposal efforts for cost/scheduling and estimating.
