Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex multi- discipline projects from the Houston, TX office. The role requires directing project teams, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Experience includes leading large projects, strong scheduling and cost-estimating skills, and the ability to coordinate between sales, procurement, and construction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 10+ years of relative experience or a Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of relative experience.
• Education/Licensure Preferred: BS Engineering, MBA, Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE)
• 7+ years of industry related experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager
• 10+ years of experience as the Lead Engineer on large multi-discipline projects, Project Engineer and/or Project Manager preferred.
• Working knowledge of scheduling techniques and cost estimating.
• Able to speak comfortably in a group
• Understanding of all applicable discipline
• Financial
• Understands complex revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
• Understands our pricing model and billing

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary interface between the project team and the client representative.
• Creating, executing and revising project execution plans as required to meet client requirements and project
• Identifying resources needed and managing team
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of assigned
• Ensuring that all deliverables have been reviewed, approved and signed off prior to issue to the client.
• Responsible for reviewing project transactions and reporting any discrepancies on a weekly
• Responsible for review and approval of invoices within a 48hr
• Maintaining the resource planning on assigned
• Managing the project budget and
• Remaining completely accessible to client during the life of project and providing single point of contact, ensuring specific requests are process timely and
• Organizing and directing a Project Management Team of other Project Managers and/or Project Engineers.
• Driving a Management of Change philosophy and enforcing corresponding

• Reviewing and providing final approval to all subcontractors’ contracts and
• Managing the overall execution of

• Understanding the relationship between multi-discipline deliverable packages - including procurement and construction

• Suggesting areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible
