Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Houston, TX Office. You will be responsible for directing, coordinating, implementing, executing, and completing assigned projects in alignment with company strategy and goals.

Key duties include maintaining project schedules, coordinating change orders, and preparing status reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholders' expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3+ years of on-the-job training.
• Technology degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of industry experience as a Project Coordinator, Discipline Lead, or similar role.
• Understanding of multi-discipline deliverables, procurement and construction activities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong team leadership capabilities.
• Able to review and approve deliverables for consistency and presentation.
• Able to develop and manage manpower requirements for projects.
• Capable of coordinating project schedules and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Promotes values and ideals of the company.
• Demonstrates exemplary communication and organizational skills.
• Follows and enforces SEP’s.
• Ensures proper sign-off on all deliverables and spot checks.
• Ensures deliverables are issued on schedule.
• Prepares change order requests and coordinates estimates.
• Reviews or creates meeting minutes and project status reports.
• Manages project action item lists, RFIs, close-out punch lists, etc.
• Facilitates internal and external project meetings as needed.
• Coordinates MOC efforts and develops workflow processes.
• Facilitates multi-disciplinary communication and resolves audit deficiencies.
• Administers development and issuance of project specs.
• Resolves day-to-day project issues or emergencies.
