Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Lomira, WI to lead cost management, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling integration, and risk management for hyperscale data center projects. You will partner with project teams to ensure accurate forecasts and reliable performance analytics.

The role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of construction controls, earned value, and reporting. Travel up to 50% is possible on critical assignments nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of project controls, cost controls, PM, engineering, scheduling, or EPC construction experience.
• Experience with large-scale mission-critical, data center, industrial, power, EPC, infrastructure, or complex commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of project controls including cost management, forecasting, budgeting, earned value, scheduling, progress measurement, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls across hyperscale data centers and mission-critical projects.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, earned value, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with PMs, schedulers, procurement, field ops, and accounting to forecast outcomes.
• Analyze productivity, schedule performance, and risk exposure to drive action.
• Support monthly forecasting, reviews, and portfolio reporting.
• Facilitate risk assessments, trend analysis, and corrective action planning.
