Job summary

Stantec in Honolulu seeks a Project Controls Professional to provide financial analysis, accurate commitment and expenditure information, and timely cost forecasts to support budget objectives across project teams.

You will develop and optimize project controls processes, collaborate with the financial team, and prepare monthly reports on cost, schedule, and manpower, contributing to risk registers and variance analyses.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, accurate commitment and expenditure information for projects.
• Produce reports including earned value, change order logs, risk registers, estimates to complete, and variance reports.
• Maintain current understanding of project status, issues and changes and communicate to leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with project team to develop project estimates, proposals, budgets and schedules.
• Assist with timely project invoices, AR follow-up, and monitoring of consultant budgets and agreements.
• Develop and optimize Project Controls processes and systems.
• Assist with ISO compliance and participate in audits.
• Prepare monthly status reports related to cost, schedule, progress, budget, forecast and manpower.
• Review weekly time expenditures for overhead and marketing and notify leadership of anomalies.
