Stantec is seeking a Project Controller/Project Controls Analyst to support budget, cost control, forecasting, and earned value management for diverse projects. The role requires collaboration with Project Managers and accounting teams to ensure timely invoicing and accurate financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project controls or related fields, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with MS Project and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or technical college graduate with 3–5 years in project controls, management or accounting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management is required.
• Familiarity with contract terms and project accounting methods a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide budget, contract, and financial management support to Project Managers.
• Assist with project life cycle budgeting and client requirements.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely invoicing and contract compliance.
• Audit reports for financial impact and gross profit optimization.
