Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in budget and cost controls including forecasting and earned value management.
• Understanding of contract terms and project accounting methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget, contract, and financial management support to Project Managers.
• Assist with maintaining project life cycles per client requirements and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with project accounting staff to ensure timely invoicing per contracts.
• Audit project reports for financial impacts and gross profit optimization.
• Assist with monthly forecasts and financial estimates.
• Manage project budgeting and cost structures (WBS, CBS) for setup.
