• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management.
• Understanding contract commercial terms and project accounting.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and project management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget, contract, and financial management support to Project Managers.
• Assist with life cycle management of projects per client requirements.
• Coordinate with project accounting for timely invoicing.
• Audit reports for financial impacts and gross profit optimization.
• Assist with monthly forecasts and financial estimates.
• Support WBS and CBS structures for project budgeting and setup.
• Perform and manage budget and cost control functions.
• Prepare month-end, variance, and ad hoc reports.
• Analyze project data for continuous improvement.
• Complete financial reconciliations; may mentor others.
• Administer Project Management Information Systems usage.
