Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with up to two years of related experience or training.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with financial systems and basic accounting is a plus.
• Familiarity with contract management, legal and financial services.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain routine project documentation and procurement records.
• Handle job costing and customer invoicing throughout project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Service Managers, Technicians, and Resource Coordinators.
• Track costs, time sheets, and vendor invoices using project reports.
• Ensure contract compliance and timely closeout of projects.
