Job summary

Trane Technologies in Bellevue, WA seeks a Project Administrator to support Project Managers in contract administration, procurement, invoicing and closeout across multiple concurrent projects.

You will interact with internal and external customers to enable on-time delivery, enforce contract terms, and maintain project cost records. The role offers onsite work with flexible location options on Fridays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus up to two years related experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and good judgement.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with financial systems and basic accounting is an asset.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus; not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work processes and use enterprise systems.
• Coordinate project handoffs from Sales to Operations in systems.
• Administer projects through lifecycle to ensure contract compliance and delivery.
• Manage procurement per project needs; issue POs and subcontracts.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing and ensure timely billing per PM direction.
• Record project costs accurately including timesheets and vendor invoices.
