Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with up to 2 years related experience.
• Strong communication and proactive, independent work style.
• Experience with financial processes (AR/AP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established standard work and processes using enterprise systems.
• Coordinate the transition of projects from Sales to Operations within systems.
• Administer projects through their life cycle to ensure contract compliance and delivery.
• Manage procurement processes per project requirements and issue POs/subcontracts.
• Coordinate monthly customer invoicing per project requirements to ensure timely billing.
• Record project costs accurately (time sheets, invoices, reports).
• Review billing backlog and communicate with PMs, technicians, customers, and claims to resolve obstacles.
