Formación

• 2+ years of relevant healthcare program management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, program management, operations, or client engagement preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end execution of networks, programs, and projects.
• Serve as primary client contact, onboarding and coordinating resources.
• Monitor client participation, satisfaction, and retention indicators.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, education, and networking.
• Maintain CRM records and program documentation for reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop client communications and program resources aligned with standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and AI-assisted efficiencies.
• Anticipate needs and escalate complex issues appropriately.
