Vizient in the United States seeks a program manager to oversee the delivery of networks, programs, and performance initiatives. You will build trusted client relationships, coordinate cross-functional activities, and oversee operations to deliver high-quality experiences.

Formación

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in healthcare, program management, operations, client engagement, or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, digital collaboration tools, and program management resources.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable program improvements.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, client engagement strategies, and performance improvement initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with approved AI tools and process automation to support operational efficiency preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end execution of networks, programs, and projects with timely delivery and alignment to objectives.
• Serve as primary client contact, supporting onboarding, inquiries, resources, and relationships.
• Monitor participation, satisfaction, engagement, and retention to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings, educational programs, and networking experiences, including logistics and content.
• Maintain CRM records, program documents, and engagement data for reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, technology, meeting planning, and continuing education teams for seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain client communications, agendas, presentations, and web content aligned with standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage AI tools, and improve efficiency with quality oversight.
• Apply healthcare trends and Vizient offerings to enhance programming and connect clients with resources.
• Anticipate needs, manage priorities, resolve routine challenges, and escalate complex issues when needed.
