Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

• Ability to independently coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps and data reporting.
• Experience using digital meeting platforms and approved AI technologies.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Pharmacy Network programs, initiatives, and meetings with plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for Pharmacy Network clients, including health-system leaders.
• Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including logistics and content.
• Monitor participation, onboarding, and engagement to identify opportunities and improve retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain client and program data in Salesforce; prepare engagement and performance reports.
• Coordinate client communications, newsletters, materials, and digital resources.
• Manage program calendars and support budget forecasting and expenses.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and standardize processes.
• Utilize approved AI and digital tools to support communications and reporting with oversight.
