Vizient is seeking a Sr Program Services Manager in Irving, TX, to shape and manage high-impact sourcing programs that drive value for clients and grow revenue. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize performance and deliver training and promotional materials.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare sourcing or program management, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in healthcare supply chain, sourcing, or project / program management preferred.
• Experience working in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing environment.
• Strong contract adherence, negotiation and management experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage program structures, processes, and procedures to achieve defined objectives.
• Develop and deliver promotional materials and training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support contracting teams to drive contract utilization and onboard clients into programs.
• Identify client and supplier targets through research and outreach to expand program participation.
• Address client and supplier inquiries, issues, and ad hoc requests.
• Coordinate and participate in business reviews with key stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to support councils or panels that inform program strategies and decisions.
• Establish and track program success metrics and key deliverables.
• Monitor program performance including participation, utilization, and financial outcomes.
• Provide operational support for sales opportunities and communicate program impacts to stakeholders.
