Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in programs or projects.
• Experience in healthcare supply chain, sourcing or project management.
• Experience in client-facing or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Strong contract adherence, negotiation and program/ project management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage program structures, processes and procedures to achieve defined objectives.
• Develop and deliver promotional materials and training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support contracting teams to drive contract utilization and onboard clients into programs.
• Identify client and supplier targets to expand program participation.
• Address client and supplier inquiries and ad hoc requests.
• Coordinate and participate in business reviews with key stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to support councils and inform program strategies.
• Establish and track program success metrics and deliverables.
• Monitor program performance including participation, utilization and financial outcomes.
• Provide operational support for sales opportunities and communicate program impacts to stakeholders.
